American Women Quarters Program

The American Women Quarters Program was a four year initiative project that was sustained and created by the U.S. Mint. This project was authorized by the Circulating Collectible Coin Redesign Act of 2020 and its purpose was to honor women’s resiliency, legacy, and contributions. The duration of this program was from 2022-2025 and it celebrated the accomplishments and contributions to society of twenty influential women to American history. Each year five new unique quarters were released all with women from diverse backgrounds and fields, totaling to twenty quarters throughout 2022-2025.
